Founded in 1868, the Batavia Public Library is one of the oldest public libraries in Fox River Valley. In addition to housing thousands of books and other resources, the library also holds numerous events, as well as year-round activities, including:

Kids Club provides before- and after-school care for kids from Kindergarten to the 5th grade attending Batavia School District 101. It’s held at participating schools, including Grace McWayne, H.C. Storm, Hoover-Wood, and Louise White. The program features recreational activities that also enrich kids’ learning experiences, such as sports, arts and crafts, science activities, and homework tutoring.

Klub Fun is a program offering recreational activities for kids on off-school days. Activities include field trips, arts and crafts, special events, gym time, and more.
